and passionate professional to fill the following positions:
COMPLIANCE OFFICER
General Summary
Reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The
position ensures the management and employees are in compliance with the rules
and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are
being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s
Standards of Conduct.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Set up compliance management system and update compliance program
* Implement, monitor, control document, audit, and improve Compliance
Program
* Managing annual Compliance Training Program (planning , preparing ,
conducting and evaluation)
* Conduct monthly meeting with internal (Union-Management Meeting, Bipartite
Meeting, Workers -Management Meeting, HSE meeting)
* Train and Monitor Subcontractor
* Implement CTPAT program
* Follow up and comply all customer complain, customer requirement and
government regulation
* Send CAP and Action taken on findings issues to buyers
* Deliver compliance standard to all Departments
* Clients Contact, coordinate with Compliance up country and CEO, Government,
NGO and buyers
* Research and update new regulation/client’s requirement
* Improve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Continuous Improvement
* Do Internal audit in every 6 months(CTPAT, Social Compliance)
* Do Daily, Weekly, Monthly inspection at all areas
* Participate on external/client’s training and meeting
