Organization Development and Talent Management Manager (code: ODTM)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead ODTM Department and initiate ODTM Strategy to support Corporate goals
- Review Organization Structure & Leveling
- Identify Company Core Competency to strengthen company strategy
- Conduct Job Evaluation & Job Analysis (JAJE)
- Set up Talent Pool Management
- Build career path for leadership development
- Establish Individual Development Plan (IDP) thus employee have capability to achieve business plan
QUALIFICATION :
- Min. 5 years experience in ODTM and min. 2 years within a management role
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable university
GENERAL QUALIFICATION :
- English proficiency (verbal & written)
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and management skill
- Tough personality and high integrity
- Show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen – being result oriented
- Experience in HR operation and have a sound knowledge of strategic HR
The incumbent will be based in Head Office in Surabaya, East Java.
