Head Of Technical Department

Requirements:

1. Holder ATT I Certificate ( Class I Marine Engineer )/ Master Marine Engineer.
2. Min. 3 years Experience as Technical Manager or 5 Technical Superintendent in Shipping Company. ( minimum handle 30 Vessels )
3. Min 5 years Experience on board Ocean Going Vessel or Foreign going as Chief Engineer.( Tanker, Bulk Carrier, Cargo, Containers )
4. Willing to be base in SAMARINDA – KALIMANTAN TIMUR

Challenges:
1. Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the vessels and setting criteria for optimum performance.
2. Planning and effectively monitoring the vessels proper and timely performance of shipboard planned maintenance. Those who have worked with the ABS NS5 PMS will be an advantage.
3. Carry out periodic internal vessel inspections and also to coordinate with the other department for management systems and other third party audits/inspections.
4. Investigate equipment damages, arrange repairs and implement corrective measures.
5. Strong in people Management.
6. Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
