c. Job Description: – Planning, monitoring and ensuring the implementation of shipboard planned maintenance and ensuring the implementation of Plan Maintenance System (PMS) on vessel. – Carry out the vessel inspection and coordinating with DPA for implementation Vessel Technical Audit – Verify damage or service needs and determine action to be taken for equipment brought to shore for repair or service. – Carry out daily task that will be assisted by VSE.

Job Description: – Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring that vessels operate safely with proper procedure and pollution prevention, includes ensuring that all documents are in accordance with vessel operational needs and regulation are still valid on the vessel. – Provide a link between the operation management, customer requirements and vessels. – Responsible to ensure crew discipline and constantly educate all crew to improve their skills and knowledge in carrying out their duties, and ensure all crews are able to carry out all procedures, systems, testing, training, familiarization, orientation, emergency drill. – Monitor and ensure vessel operation, fuel oil consumption, spare part supply and maintenance, for the project assigned is carried out as per program and procedures. – If necessary, Port Captain (PC) may act as on board Masters/Officers or Owner Representative (OR) for a certain period of time.

Chief Mate (DPO) X 4 – Master's license with DP unlimited certificate and 6 months offshore experience – USD 400 – 425/- /day
