Komisi Nasional Anti Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan (Komnas Perempuan), adalah mekanisme penegakan HAM perempuan. Komnas Perempuan didirikan berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden No.181/1998 dan diperbaharui dengan Peraturan Presiden No.65/2005. Tujuan dibentuknya Komnas Perempuan untuk menciptakan situasi yang kondusif bagi penghapusan kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan penegakan hak-hak asasi perempuan.
Untuk mewujudkan terimplementasinya tujuan strategis tersebut diperlukan landasan organisasi dan kelembagaan yang kuat, akuntabel dan transparan. Saat ini dibawah kepemimpinan Sekretaris Jenderal, Komnas Perempuan didukung 15 orang Komisioner dan 50 orang Badan Pekerja. Program-program kerja Komnas Perempuan dilaksanakan oleh lima Subkomisi, yaitu Subkomisi Reformasi Hukum, Subkomisi Pengembangan Sistem Pemulihan bagi Korban, Subkomisi Pemantauan, Subkomisi Penelitian dan Pengembangan, SubKomisi Partisipasi Masyarakat, serta beberapa Gugus Kerja. Pelaksanaan program tersebut didukung oleh lima bidang mencakup Bidang Umum & SDM, Bidang Perencanaan Monitorting dan Evaluasi, Bidang Keuangan & Akuntansi, Bidang Informasi & Dokumentasi, dan Sekretaris Pimpinan.
Untuk melengkapi SDM dalam struktur organisasi Komnas Perempuan, diperlukan kandidat untuk posisi:
Resepsionis
Kriteria untuk posisi tersebut adalah :

• Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan minimal D-3;
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai resepsionis minimal 1 tahun ;
• Fasih berbahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan;
• Memiliki minat terhadap isu hak-hak perempuan;
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik serta berpenampilan rapi.
• Dapat bekerja dalam tim;
• Bersedia bekerja fulltime;

Sales Executives and Sales Representatives
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for achieving sales target in the assigned area, monitoring stock inventory and product availability, creating demand and implementing field demos and promotion programs
Qualifications:
* University degree in Agriculture
* At least 3 years related experience with proven track records (Sales Executives), or fresh graduate with GPA min 2.75 (Sales Representatives)
* Result oriented, self reliant with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to be relocated within Indonesia
Crop Manager for Plantation
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for developing product portfolio for the plantation industry and implementing marketing strategies in order to achieve market share and profitability targets
Qualifications:
* University degree in Agriculture or Marketing
* At least 5 years related experience, with proven achievements
* Deep understanding of Indonesian plantation market and its business environment
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a creative and innovative mind
* Result oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
* Proficient in English (written and oral) and computer operations
Industrial Operations Controller (Plant Controller)
Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent will be responsible for financial and OP analysis at the plant, as well as internal control on plant processes and transactions
Qualifications:
* University degree in Accounting or Finance
* At least 3 years related experience, preferably in multinational company with manufacturing facility
* Good analytical thinking as well as communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in English (written and oral) and computer operations
* Based in Surabaya
Environmental Science (ES) Senior Sales Executive
Reporting to ES Sales and Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing ES business strategis, managing customer loyalty and intimacy programs, and ensuring business growth in emerging market
Qualifications:
* University degree in Biology, Agriculture, Business or Management
* At least 5 years experience with proven track records in PCO or related business
* Result oriented, with high motivation and strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in English (written and oral) and computer operations
