We are a multinational company specialized in sales and marketing of electronic products. Currently we are looking for dynamic, motivated, and capable individuals to fill our vacancy as
1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
FOR PRODUCT: HOME APPLIANCES, AC, AUDIO-VIDEO
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Technical Training, Technical Information, Repair knowledge
2. Initiate Service BOM for new Model product
3. Technical Certification and Technical skill up for technical staff or CCC agent
4. Understand market defect and product liability in Market
5. Study Samsung Products in detail especially in technical aspects to prepare technical knowledge transfer and technical guidance
Qualifications:
1. Minimum graduate from Technical High School majoring Electronic for AV Technical Support staff.
Minimum graduate from Technical high School majoring Mechanical or Refregeration and Air Conditioning for HA Technical Support
2. Have experiance in same technical field more than 3 year.
3. Able to speak and write in English fluently.
4. Computer literated especially for Windows OS and Office
5. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
6. Job location: Jakarta
7. 3 fulltime positions available
2. MOBILE PHONE TECHNICAL AGENT
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to technical questions from customers
2. Find solution for customer technical questions with CCC Team and Technical Support Team
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or High school Graduate from Technical School
2. Have experience as Call Agent or have hands-on repair experience for Mobile Phone Products
3. Have good communication skill and customer handling.
4. Pleasant personality
5. Able to work independently and in a team.
