Schedule Control (Code : SC)

Job description
Reviews schedules submitted by the contractor and recommends adjustment if necessary. Monitors actual accomplishment and compares them with the schedule. Anticipates potential problems encountered and discusses with the contractors, measures to solve and prevent them from recurring. Asseses regularly the sufficiency of the contractors on-site resources to support the project schedule. Assist the QC group prepare a submittal log to monitor status of submittals. Review request for time extension by the contractors and submits recomendations

Qualification

• M/F
• Max 28 y.o
• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 2 years in planning & scheduling for highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
• Specific abbilities : Posses computer skills in major program, detail oriented
