As part of our global expansions, we seek qualified personnel for our new PT Epcos Factory in Batam in the following fields:



Product Engineer
Your functions:

• Introduction of new products and process
• Provide technical guidance to the production team for improving process quality and yield
• Analyse, troubleshoot and solve production issues on a daily basis
• Coordinate with quality department to analyse and fix corrective action to customer complaints and outgoing quality rejects
• Lead cost reduction projects related with material labour and cycle times

Your profile:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• About 2 years working experience preferably in similar application in electronics component industry
• Good knowledge in the use of quality tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC)
• Able to work with AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Ability to work in a team & under time pressure
• Strong analytical ability
• Good leadership qualities

Product Development Engineer
Your functions:

• Develop temperature sensor system based on semi conducting, ceramic for automobile home appliance and heating industry
• Define materials, process technology, plastic processing and joining technique
• Handling of project (project planning, customer specification, technical documentation, test qualification program and statistical analysis)

Your profile:

• Degree in Plastic Engineering or Electrical Engineering majoring in Control
• 1-2 years working experience in similar application in electronics component industry
• Good knowledge in the use of automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC)
• Good knowledge of the material science metal and plastic
