PORT CAPTAIN (PC)
Port Captain is responsible to ensure smooth operations especially on vessels, crew matters and safety on board.

a. Education:
Minimum ANT II

b. Experience:
3 years as Master or Chief Officer on board offshore vessel (preferably come from AHTS vessel).

c. Job Description: – Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring that vessels operate safely with proper procedure and pollution prevention, includes ensuring that all documents are in accordance with vessel operational needs and regulation are still valid on the vessel. – Provide a link between the operation management, customer requirements and vessels. – Responsible to ensure crew discipline and constantly educate all crew to improve their skills and knowledge in carrying out their duties, and ensure all crews are able to carry out all procedures, systems, testing, training, familiarization, orientation, emergency drill. – Monitor and ensure vessel operation, fuel oil consumption, spare part supply and maintenance, for the project assigned is carried out as per program and procedures. – If necessary, Port Captain (PC) may act as on board Masters/Officers or Owner Representative (OR) for a certain period of time.

TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT (TS)

Technical Superintendent is responsible to manage all technical aspects of the vessels assigned, including maintenance (using Planned Maintenance System), repair, docking, and conduct vessel inspection according to IMCA standards.

a. Education:
Minimum ATT II/I (having DP Certificate will become an advantage)

b. Experience:
3 years as Marine/Technical Superintendent (assistant Technical Manager), or 3 years as Port Engineer, or 5 years as Chief Engineer on Board Offshore Vessel.

c. Job Description: – Planning, monitoring and ensuring the implementation of shipboard planned maintenance and ensuring the implementation of Plan Maintenance System (PMS) on vessel. – Together with Technical Team will be responsible for Docking implementation, monitoring and recording. – Conducting vessel inspection according to IMCA standard as deemed necesary. – Verify damage or service needs and determine action to be taken for equipment brought to shore for repair or service.
