· Pendidikan
Apoteker dengan IPK minimal 2.75
· Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam
lingkup yang sama
· Sudah
memiliki Surat Penugasan dari Dinkes setempat
· Sudah memiliki surat lolos butuh (bila yang di luar DKI Jakarta)
dari Dinkes setempat
SalaryRange: 4 – 5 juta / month
