BUSINESS OFFICER
Your key responsibilities are to support and manage the business, start from overall employee matters at head/branch office, from recruit new staff, develop existing staff, performance reward, counseling & employee relation, and termination
Requirements :
-At least Bachelor Degree in any field with interest in strategic marketing and business area with max 28 years of age
-Having experiences in marketing or sales with exposure to people, process and data
-Willing to travel frequently
-Energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, and great interpersonal with ability to establish long term relationship
-Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
SALES TRAINER OFFICER
As a sales trainer officer, your job are to develop sales force in product knowledge and selling skill, also do training evaluation to improve the training quality and effectiveness.
Requirements :
-Bachelor Degree with min GPA 3.00 and max age of 32
-Min 3 years experience in sales/marketing field or experience in train sales force
-Able to do training need analysis, make and deliver training module, and evaluate the training process
-Good communication & presentation skill
-Heavy traveling all over Indonesia (10-20 days)
IT ANALYST – SUPPLY CHAIN
Your responsibilities is in Information System, with high exposure in Supply Chain Management, to support the development, maintanance, and implementation the system
Requirements :
-Min bachelor degree, in Information, Industrial or Computer Technology
-Having experience in supply chain management related to IT and system, minimal 2 years
-Having high exposure to Distribution Resource Planning, Warehouse Management System, Purchasing, Logistic, Shipping, and Inventory system
-Strong in analytical thinking
-Understand the project management with high involvement in project management
SYSTEM DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION CONTROLLER
Your job is to ensure quality management system is implemented and maintained as per ISO 9001:2008 requirements, conducts and performs internal auditing and do continual improvement in our company
Requirements :
-Min bachelor degree, in any area
-Having experience in system and quality min 2 years, with high exposure on implementation new quality system
-Having knowledge in quality management system is a must
-Good in coordination and communication skills, also have experience in handling other team to follow company regulation and system
-Heavy traveling all over Indonesia
-Fluent in English
-Strong in analytical thinking and highly involvement in project management
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
-Min bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting with max 32 years of age
2 years experience as Accounting Supervisor / Coordinator, in charge in AP/AR, GL & Inventory
-Good in coordination and communication skills, also have experience in handling team
-Able to work under time pressured anAd multitasking jobs
-Strong in analytical thinking
REPORTING OFFICER
In this position, you will in charge in Management Reporting, to analyze and make the report regularly and then submit the report to management
Requirements :
-Min bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting with max 32 years of age
2 years experience in financial reporting
-Good in coordination and communication skills
-Able to work under time pressured and multitasking jobs
-Strong in analytical thinking
