TECHNICAL MANAGER
(Based in SAMARINDA)

We are the industrial Logistic business unit, part of IMC Group of Companies, which its main business is the provision of integrated Logistic Solution to Coal producers and shippers in Indonesia.
We are looking for candidates of TECHNICAL MANAGER with ;
Minimum Requirement;
1. Holder ATT I Certificate ( Class I Marine Engineer )/ Master Marine Engineer is compulsory.
2. Min. 2 years Experiences as Technical Manager / 3 years as Technical Superintendent in similar size of Shipping Company.
3. Min 5 years Experiences on board Ocean Going Vessel / Foreign going Vessel ( Cargo, Bulk or Wet Carrier, Tanker, etc) as Chief Engineer.

Challenges:
1. Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the vessels and setting criteria for optimum performance.
2. Planning and effectively monitoring the vessels proper and timely performance of shipboard planned maintenance. Those who have worked with the ABS, NS5, & PMS (Online) will be an advantage.
3. Carry out periodic internal vessel inspections and also to coordinate with the other department for management systems and other third party audits/inspections.
4. Investigate equipment damages, arrange repairs and implement corrective measures.
5. Strong in people Management.
6. Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
7. Willing to be base in SAMARINDA – Kalimantan Timur.
