ACCOUNTING

• Processes and records all accounts receivable transactions and intercompany billing to ensure accurate records, including filing unpaid invoices and keeping account of cash receipts, claims and overdue invoices.
• Prepare aged receivables listing
• Receive, research and resolve a variety of external and customer inquiries concerning account status. Initiate communications to customers to resolve customer account discrepancies.
• Research and make recommendations with respect to income and tax issues to ensure proper financial planning reporting compliances, and to expedite audits.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Working experience minimum 3 years in A/R.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Hard-worker, meticulous, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
