URGENTLY REQUIREDAn EPCC Company for Industrial Plant in Oil & Gas Industry, Chemical & Petrochemical industry is currently seeking experienced and competent professional to joint our company, as below :
Qualifications :

• Female, single maximum 25 years old.
• S1 in Accounting, Management and Psychology disciplines from reputable university. Preferably from University of Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English both oral and written.
• High level of computer literacy and creativity.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must have good planning skill and interpersonal skills.
• Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision.

Special Requirement :

• Having experience minimum 2 years as Human Resources Staff, especially in Oil & Gas sector or EPCC Company.
• Good in computer skill especially for Presentation and Worksheet matters.
• Proven people management skill and strong employees handling.
• Having experiences in analyzing and developing HR System, capable to improve related.
• Procedures and Implementation Control function connected to corporate plan to anticipate Initial Public Offering (IPO).
• Capable to synchronized HR activities especially for outsourcing program to corporate objectives.
• Known well of Contract Management (Direct Hire, KKWTT, KKWT, Overseas Recruitment, etc) and UU No. 13 Tahun 2003.
• Having experiences on Performance Appraisal Implementation.
• Liaise to Depnaker, Pupuk Holding and Tour De Campus Program.
