PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions:

1.   ESTATE/CAMP MANAGER (ESC-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plantation (HTI), Heavy Equipment & Estate/Camp Operation based on Production, Harvesting & Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • Age, maximum 40 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
2.   PLANTATION MANAGER (PLT-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plantation (HTI) Operation based on Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • Age, maximum 40 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
3. PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT (PN-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and control all Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities up to estates to comply with approved budget with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§         Age, maximum 35 years old.
§         Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
§         Familiar to operate GPS & GIS.
§         Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
4.   PLANTATION ASSISTANT (PLT-ASST)
The ideal candidate will be understand in plantation (HTI) operation based on planting target with good analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters with excellent computer and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§         Age, maximum 30 years old.
§         Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
§         Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
§         Ready to be located in Kalimantan forestry operational site is a must.
5.   MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
The ideal candidate will be able to smart learn and understand of Forest Planning/Plantation/Administration activities in Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) with strong computer and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§         Age, Max. 25 years old.
§         Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry, Min GPA 2,75.
§         Will be required to sign a bond (ikatan dinas) with the company for 2 (two) years.
6. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT–HE & TR (MHETR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance and employees development with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Male, age max. 40 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Technic Machine.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Superintendent.

7.   MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR– HE & TR (MHETR-SPV)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Male, age max. 35 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Technic Machine.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Supervisor.

8. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (El-TECH)
The ideal candidate will be familiar as Electric Technician in Chip Mill or Manufacturing Industry. Good knowledge and experience on PLC & DCS, one line diagram, electric motor, motor rewinding and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Age max. 30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma III in Electrician
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Electrical Technician.
  • Willing to work in shift scheduled

9.   TRUCK OPERATION TRAINER (TRO-TR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Truck Operation, Maintenance and employees development with strong computer and leadership.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to develop material of Truck (Volvo, Hino, Iveco, etc) operation training;
  • Identify training need of existing Truck Operators;
  • Contribute in reducing number of Truck accident; involve in recruitment process of Truck operators; responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for Truck operators;
  • Minimum Diploma Degree with minimum 5 years experience as Truck Operation Trainer;
  • Skilled in operating various Truck;
  • Knowledgeable in training principles and concepts.

10. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION TRAINER (HEOT)
The successful candidate will be expert in operating various Heavy Equipment (HE) at difficult road.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to develop material of Heavy Equipment (Dozer, Excavator, Grader, Compactor etc) operation training;
  • Identify training need of existing Heavy Equipment Operators;
  • Contribute in reducing number of Heavy Equipment accident; involve in recruitment process of Heavy Equipment operators; responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for HE operators;
  • Min. SLTA graduated with minimum 3 years experience as Truck Operation Trainer;
  • Knowledgeable in training principles and concepts.
  • Good interpersonal skill, honest, discipline, Initiative, team-work, self-motivated and dynamic.
  • Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred)

11. SENIOR SECRETARY (SSC)
The ideal candidate should have experiences as Senior Secretary of General Manager with strong computer and organization skills.
Requirements:
¨       Female, age max. 30 years old.
¨       Minimum Diploma degree in Secretarial Academy or related.
¨       Minimum 3 years experience as Senior Secretary at Multinational Company.
¨       Familiar in SAP system is preferred.
12. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERINTENDENT (HR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, design & implement of Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning and Industrial Relation, PKB negotiation and implementation with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
¨       Age max. 35 years old.
¨       Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University
¨       Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Superintendent, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
¨       Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
¨       Good communication & presentation.
13. LEAD AUDITOR (LAD)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle sub ordinate and audit activities such as plan, monitor and report with strong organization and communication skill.
Requirements:
¨       Age max. 38 years old.
¨       Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting with GPA 3.0.
¨       Minimum 3 years experience in the same positions.
¨       Good skills in Accounting, Tax, computer and SAP software.
14.  SAFETY OFFICER (SF-OFC)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle all safety activities, such us investigation, administration and operations of Heavy Equipment & Logging Truck also Chip Mill Operation.
Requirements:
¨       Age Max. 30 years old
¨       Minimum D-III from any engineering major or Occupational Health and Safety.
¨       Minimum 2(two) years experience as Safety Officer in Project, HTI, Forestry Industries, manufacturing or heavy equipment.
¨       Having certificate Ahli K3 Umum.
15. QMS/ISO SUPERVISOR (QMS/ISO-SUPV)
The successful candidate will be an expert to develop, manage, maintain and certification the Quality Management System, and ensure its implementation comply with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. To manage internal and third party audits in term of Quality & Environmental Management System and ensure the customer complaints processes are meeting to customer needs and satisfaction for strategic customer or critical complaints.
Requirements:
¨       Age Max. 35 years old
¨       Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.
¨       Min. 3 years experience as QMS Superintendent.
¨       Having certificate as ISO Auditor.
¨       Experience to handle AMDAL, internal audit processes and external audit under ISO programs.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
§         English and computer literate.
§         High motivation, trustworthy, discipline, teamwork, dynamic with good personality
§         Willing to work at Site Forestry (Balikpapan/Teluk Waru/Kenagan PPU/Malinau, East Kalimantan.
