We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
Major Responsibilities:

1. Consulting with hiring managers and divisional HR to qualify and understand vacancy requirements prior to advertising
2. Advertise roles on appropriate media across APAC
3. Track, screen and coordinate applications
4. Carry out phone screening and in some instances, face to face interviews
5. Coordinate all interviews with key stake holders
6. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies across the region
7. Negotiate offers with potential applicants and Recruitment agencies
8. Fill positions in a timely manner
9. Adhere to company processes and procedures
10. Respond to both internal and external applicants in a timely manner
11. Maintain internal recruiting system

Qualifications:

1. Female, max 30 years old
2. Min Bachelor Degree (S1), Psychologist from reputable University (profession certified are preferable)
3. Min. 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment, able to conduct assessment process
4. Familiar with Psychological test, such as administration & scoring
5. Familiar with assessment tools
6. Familiar with interview method & technique
7. Wide networking and Data base
8. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
9. Computer literate, good command in English, both written & oral
10. Able to work individually as well as team
11. Good appearance, have a good personality with excellent communication, pleasant performance, high sense of responsibility and sense of belonging
12. Possess strong leadership, multitasking, and high energy
