A rapidly growing commodity & derivatives exchange company is urgently seeking:
HR-GA SUPERVISOR (HGA SPV)
Requirements:
· Female/Male, S1 Major in Psychology/ Law / other relevant discipline
· 25 – 30 years of age
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable
university
· Excellent knowledge and skill in Recruitment & Selection, Personnel
Administration, Performance Appraisal, Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation and
General Affairs
· Have a minimum 2 years experience working in HR department at the same
position
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
· Strong Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent communication
and interpersonal skills.
· Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, initiative and
independent
· Able to work under pressure, fast learner, hard worker and
multi-tasking
