Kami adalah new Ecommerce startup yang menawarkan produk personalisasi dari case hp, dll.

Kantor kami lokasi di Jakarta Selatan, dekat Gandaria City.

Kami mencari pemuda untuk memenuhi posisi berikut:

1. Administrasi
2. Finance/Accounting
3. Sosial Media Marketer/Community Manager
4. IT Manager


Kriteria Jeneral
1. Mahir memakai komputer dan MS Office dibutuhkan untuk semua posisi.
2. Pendidikan S1 membantu.
3. Fasih dalam bahasa Inggris membantu.
4. Pengalaman tidak penting asal rajin dan suka belajar hal baru.
5. Disiplin dan cermati detil.
6. Bisa bekerja dalam lingkungan tim.

Kewajiban Social Media Marketer
1. Mengelola social media campaign (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Website, dll) termasuk membikin konten, pengelolaan reputasi, eskalasi masalah, follower engagement dan akuisi follower baru.
2. Mengembangkan dan membina hubungan dengan blogger, komunitas dan influencer lain
3. Gunakan analisis dan umpan balik pengguna untuk mengoptimalkan konten dan engagement.
4. Membikin dan mengelola email marketing.
5. Siapkan log komunikasi sehari-hari dan laporan bulanan pada metrik kunci untuk semua pemangku kepentingan.

Kriteria IT Manager
1. Pengalaman 2-3 tahun dalam menjalankan/membangun website dengan basis MySQL, PHP, Java.
2. Bisa programming dan membaca program dalam bahasa di atas.
3. Pengalaman dengan Linux Server dan web security.
4. Bisa bekerja sendiri ataupun dalam tim.
5. Mahir dalam User Interface akan membantu.

Kewajiban IT Manager
1. Mengelola dan mengatasi masalah atau gangguan kepada website, email dan sistem internal perusahaan.
2. Mengembangkan dan memperbaiki website dengan fitur-fitur baru, serta membangun instrastruktur pengamanan.
3. Mengelola IT hardware dalam perusahaan.
4. Koordinasi untuk melaksanakan hal-hal teknis dengan tim lain.
5. Siapkan laporan aktifitas dan perkembangan setiap minggu untuk semua pemangku kepentingan.

2. Develop and foster relationships with bloggers, communities and other influencers
3. Use analysis and user feedback to optimize content and engagement.
4. Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
5. Prepare daily communication log and monthly reports on key metrics to all stakeholders.

IT Manager Criteria
1. 2-3 years experience in running/developing website on MySQL, PHP, Java.
2. Proficient in writing and reading codes of the progamming languages mentioned above.
3. Experienced with Linux Server and web security.
4. Able to work independently and in a team.
5. Knowledgeable in User Interface is a plus.

IT Manager Responsibility
1. Manage and solve problems or issues on the website, email and internal system.
2. Develop and improve the website with new feature, as well as implementing security measures.
3. Manage internal IT hardware.
4. Coordinate with other teams in supporting technical matters.
5. Prepare weekly activity and progress reports to all stakeholders.
