1. Billing Finance Staff (FBS)
* Female / male, single, age max 27 yrs
* Pendidikan S1 Accounting
* Mimiliki least 1 year experience in Biliing mainly from Building Maintenance or the Mall
* Active English ability and computer proficient
2. Tax Staff (TS)
* Female / Male, single, age max 27 yrs
* Pendidikan D3 or S1 Accounting Tax
* Having minimum experience in tax 1thn
* Understanding the tax rules in effect
3. Accounting Senior (USA)
* Female, single, age max 27 yrs
* Pendidikan S1 Accounting
* Have experience of systems analysis, accounting, budget analysis and consolidation of at least 3 yrs
4. Leasing Executive (LE)
* Female, single max 27 years
* Pendidikan S1 Marketing
* Having minimum 1 year experience in marketing, sales or leasing of the Property Industry
* Ready to work with the target system
* Having English proficiency and advanced computer active
5. Support & Programmer IT Staff (ITS & PS)
* Male, single max 27 years
* Pendidikan S1 Teknik Informatika
* Having experience at least 1 yr Programmer with over MS.Net 2005, SQL Server 2005, PHP
* IT Support experience at least 1 year with a master PC Servers, HT & LAN
6. House Keeping Supervisor (HKS)
* Female, single, age max 27 yrs
* Pendidikan minimal D3 Tourism
* Having experience in hotel housekeeping leader at least 2 years
* Has the ability to lead and direct people
* Willing to work shift system
7. Casual Leasing & Sponsorship Coordinator (CLS)
* Male, age max 30 years
* Pendidikan S1 Marketing / Communications
* Have experience of looking for Exhibitor or Sponsor to support promotional activities / events-be done
* Has presentation and persuasion skills are good
* Has the ability to lead and direct people
* Has an active English ability and a good computer
8. Investment Operation Head (IOH)
* Male, age max 35 yrs
* Pendidikan S1 Accounting
* Having experience minimum 8 years accounting
* Having a sharp analysis and understanding of business processes
