Hariff was established in 1982 as a service firm. In the beginning Hariff would only offer service of telecommunication system integration. Today, Hariff is a provider for integrated telecommunication solution which focusing on the power system. Hariff is capable to give solution of power system, moreover for many areas outside the telecommunication industry.
When entering the new millennium, Hariff kept concentrating in the telecommunication equipment integration. One of the equipment which was successfully integrated was PDH and SDH Radio. PDH (Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy) Radio is a technology used in the telecommunication network to send big amount of data through transmitter tools such as carbon fiber and microwave radio system. SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) is a standard multiplexing protocol which channels the digital wave on the optical fiber by using laser or LED (Light Emitting Diodes).
Hariff had also designed and produced the supporting equipment based on GSM and CDMA system. It had been proven in 1998 when Hariff succeeded to deliver ADPCM, a 2 megabytes multiplier instrument. There are only 50 companies in the world who can produce this sophisticated instrument at that time and Hariff was one of them. Some other products at that time were repeater and DXC (Digital Cross Connect).
Entering the second millennium, Hariff is very confident to have brighter future as it has set up all the necessary foundation for telecommunication industry. If in the past, Hariff has succeeded launching its ADPCM, Repeater and DXC, today in the era of 2000’s, after having several years of research, Hariff presents a local product based on the Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) technology. This is the first telecommunication instrument developed by Hariff that has more than 50% local content.
The development continues by having some innovations in DC power system. In 2009, Hariff launched the power system based on alternative energy that manages renewable energy source from the sun, wind, and water. Another type of power system also combines fossil fuel with renewable energy source, also known as hybrid power system.

* S1 Degree level in an Electronic Engineering with minimum 6 years experience and have a strong knowledge and experience in RF background, Datacomm/Telecommunication, Power System product.
* Strong commercial awareness with excellent customer facing skills
* Working with customers to build relationships and application understanding in key markets
* Driving definition of product/technology roadmaps
* Good Communication and Presentation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure, minimum supervised, focus on the business and targets
* Hard worker, eager to learn and adaptable, target & time oriented, able to work in a team, positive attitude
* Ability to work in demanding environment
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
PURCHASING STAFF
Requirements :
* Male
* Max. 28 years old
* Minimum D3 in Electro/ Telecommunications Engineering
* Minimum 2 years experience handling RF purchasing (Radio Frekuensi)
* Fluent english in both written and oral
* Computer Literate is a must (MS OFFICE)
* Common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes and payment for commodities and services
* Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Self motivated, hard worker, highly result oriented, attention to detail, willing and able to work under pressure
