Job description
Assist the design consultants finalize design criteria based on company’s standard design guideline or intent, Conduct value engineering to reduce cost without sacrifying the design concept & functionality, Reviews & refines budget as plans & specification are developed,  Assists in the bidding/tendering process, Monitors actual accomplishment & compares with the schedule, Review all application for payment made by contractors & suppliers

Qualification

• Male
• Max 40 y.o
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• 10 years in highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
• Specific abbilities : Posses computer skills in major program, detail oriented
