Technical Support Manager/ Application Manager (Ref : TSM(I) /JDB)

We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as a Technical Support Manager / Application Manager.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales support locally on the product/solution selection proposal and clarification, Field Trial, Tender support, etc.;
  • Provide after sales services on product/solution field failure analysis, failure reports, and basic on-site maintenance;
  • Assist to collect customers’ product requirements and suggest the suitable product/solution;
  • Update the status to the company on a timely basis for follow up and action taking on the on-going projects;
  • Provide technical support to sales team and feedback to product management team.


Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of working experience in wireless telecommunications industry, preferably in equipment vendor;
  • Hands-on experience in mobile telecommunications, in-building coverage is an valuable asset;
  • Good understanding on the most parts of work on in-building coverage system and outdoor repeater, such as site survey, installation, and commissioning, etc.;
  • Able to manage the customers’ inquiries and handle well with the complaints from the end-users;
  • Able to communicate with different business units on the technical issues;
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving skills, and willing to learn new technology/products;
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, determined and proactive;
  • Good command in written and spoken English;
  • Willing to travel frequently in the overseas.
