- Develop, execute and manage sales plan and budget
- Identify, approach suitable potential sales channels
- Monitor, review and report on all sales activity and results
- Lead a team of sales staff in head office and different sales channels
- Liase with retailers, marketing / brand managers, warehouse and finance
- Measure productivity and profitability of each sales channels
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales plan, preferably in retail, wholesale, FMCG business
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, persistent, able to think “outside of the box”
- Enjoys working in dynamic environment
- Willing to travel
