SPV LP
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all shift activity, including reports and incidents, patrolling, dispatching, various logs/files, all activity on daily shift.
- Act as assistant Emergency Organization chief as necessary.
- Recognize and report safety hazards.
- Effectively handle any security related incidents which arise on shift.
- Ensure compliance with hotel and security SOP/LSOP.
- Observe and report any security breaches.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and daily patrols and complete all reports.
- Assist in interviewing, selecting, scheduling and training loss prevention staff.
- Ensure that all associates’ accidents/incidents receive immediate and professional First Aid treatment by the Loss Prevention Department.
- Complete and distribute reports as required.
- Attend and conduct meetings as required.
- Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
Requirements:
- Having experience in similar position min two years in five stars hotel
- Graduated from reputable university or academy tourism
- Able to Speak English Oral and Written
- Candidate should have a strong and attractive personality, good manner, and sociable
- Energetic, self-motivated and excellent communication skill
- Good team player, reliable person, high responsibility and able to work independently
- Has the ability to perform in a highly dynamic environment and to work under pressure
- Able to develop good interpersonal relationship and strong persuasion
