OHSAS (SAFETY OFFICER ) (SO)

Responsibilities :

• As representative officer OHSAS and SAFETY K3 program, support all of the needed about it maintain the field and control document with the good coordination with SMR and filling the document.

Requirement :

• Male max 35 year old
• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) from health sciences or equivalent
• Min. having 2 years experience in OHSAS and ISO Officer
• Knowledge on concept of making a SOP, Document Control and  Safety K3 and ISO quality management system
• Have certification  of OHSAS and ISO 9001:2008
• Skillfull Ms. Office and english
• Able to traveling and Have good interpersonal skill
• Will be an advantage if have experiences in public consultant or auditor OHSAS or ISO
