STAFFING SUPPORT STAFF
Requirements :- S1 / S2 Psychology from reputable university (profession certified are preferable)
- 2-4 years experience handling recruitment, selection and placement, personnel administration, preferable within manufacturing company
- Familiar with Psychological test, such as administration & scoring.
- Able to design job test and test methods including psychotest suitable to the job and developing program
- Able to handle tight deadline, multitask and have an dynamic working environment
- Familiar with interview method & technique
- Wide networking and Data base
- Proactive, honest, enthusiast, creative, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced
- Knowledge of contract / work agreement and labor law
- Computer Literate – Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), Internet Applications
