- Helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization.
- Managing a team of customer services staff.
- Develops the jobs performance standards and goal for all customer service staff.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships.
- Analyzing and summarizing data on all facets of the customer’s problem, complaint and making appropriate recommendations.
- Set and achieves customer service department goals and results by using ‘best practice’ leadership and management principles.
- Investigate and solve customers’ problems and complaints.
- Develop feedback or complaints procedures.
- Develops and implements strategies for selling or promotion as appropriate.
- Provide help and advice to customers over the telephone, by e-mail or face to face.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to successfully interact with staff and internal partners to problem solve to achieve goals.
- Experience in using internet and e-commerce transaction.
- Have a pleasant personality with excellent communication in English both oral and written.
- Attractive looking: male or female maximum 40 years of age.
- Minimum diploma or equivalent.
- Have three to five year’s customer service supervision and/or management experience.
- Ability to manage complex operations, processes and multiple assignments
- Ability to manage staff in a people focused manner.
- Excellent, communication, organizational, motivating and planning skills
