Responsibilities:

To lead a team of Sales Executive to achieve national sales targets

Requirements:

Proven sales track record, preferably in Retail Industry

Strong experience in leading sales team to achieve company targets
Proactive and Creative thinking to generate sales/instore promo
Strong analytical skill to see beyond sales numbers for problem solving
Strong communication skills and ability to project his/her thoughts clearly and convincingly
