Customer Service – for Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan – Makassar)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Branch Operational & Service Manager in all non-sales matters, including customer services which give the best service quality to customers
- Maintaining best operational and risk matters including CDD and AML
- Fully comply with group and local procedure & policy
- Having banking experience as front liners in banking is preferrable
- Education background minimum S1
- Ready to work as a team – cooperative – smart worker
- Have excellent communication and customer focus
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Branch Operation & Service Manager in all operations matters
- To deliver quality service to customers via efficient and accurate processing while projecting a professional and warm image in all inter-personal dealings
- To monitor all inward and outward clearing process, other transaction and all processes related with the system payment centralization including the backup function , etc are comply with delegation of authority given by management
- To manage cash holding and ensure proper balancing, reconciliation and controls are strictly observed
- To manage a team of operation & administration team and monitor their progress ensuring that maximum efficiency is achieved by the team
- To study and review the existing work procedures relating to cash transactions in order to enhance productivity and minimize customer complaints
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience in same position.

- Cost monitoring
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience in same position.
- Excellent people management skills with strong interpersonal and communication ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and challenging situations.
