Senior Contract Engineer
Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering
• Having good experience in administration of contracts and subcontracts with large construction projects
• Able to identify and manage risks and advice the project team the solution or remedy to overcome risks
• Prepare change order, variations and also claims
• Assist the project team for resolving the contractual issues and disputes regarding main contract and subcontracts
• Good negotiating skills and able to administer the contracts including scope of works and supply and contractual requirements
