We are one of reputable recording company in Center Jakarta,  is looking for a new employee for SECRETARY position with the qualification as follows :

Requirement :
1. Female, maximum 30 years old.
2. Having Min D3 Secretary.
3. Having min 3 years experience as Secretary for BOD.
4. Good communication skills in English proficiency.
5. Good looking, good attitude, smart, good initiative, dicipline and willing to 6. work under pressure.
7. Good organized and coordination with department.
8. Computer Skill (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet) .
9. Good filing and quick typist.
10. Domicile Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Barat
Scope of Job :
1. Manage incoming & outgoing document & letter from each box of BOD make sure the deadlines signing of each document.
2. Arrange meeting / event schedule of BOD and prepare presentation materials and create minutes of meeting.
3. Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls related to BOD.
4. Conduct administration process for business trip (e.g. : itinerary, ticketing, accommodation, transportation) of BOD and including arrange the company legal documentation.
