Requirements:
- Minimum education S1 from the fields of Economics, Law, Engineering, Social Sciences & Politics
- Graduates of an accredited college
- 2.75 minimum GPA
- Maximum age at the time of initial selection for Fresh Graduates 24.00 years and 26.00 years for the maximum of which have similar experiences

- Not married
- Able to operate computer Ms. Minimum Programme. Office (Ms. Word, Ms.. Excel)
- Son preferred areas / originated from Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua, NTT, NTB
- Willing to be stationed in the region of origin: Borneo, Sulawesi, Papua, NTT, NTB
