ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, son of the daughter who has the potential and ambition. By following intensive training and development program for 12 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in Consumer Banking business unit, which is on BII branch network in the area of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and surrounding areas to later be developed into future leaders BII in the future.
Given the importance of this for business growth BII, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Min. S1 graduates from all majors
* GPA Min. 2,75
* Age maximum 26 years for graduates of S1 and S2 29 years for graduates
* target-oriented work
* Has interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation
