following position:

LEGAL SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
. Male/Female, max 35 years old,
. Bachelor Degree (S1)/ in Law from reputable University
. Min 2 years experience in corporate & commercial legal
. Having good knowledge in the area of oil & gas, shipping,
transportation & logistic law will be advantage
. Able to draft and review agreements in English and Indonesian
. Able to provide legal advice in all business operations of
organization, assisting on legal due dilligence, advices and support other
departments in the Company
. Have sufficient knowledge on Indonesian law, including
regulations, contract law and general corporate
. Will liaise with external counsel and notary public
. Certification in Advokat – PERADI
. Excellent written and oral English is a must
. Computer literate
. Self confidence, good personality, communication skill,
relationship building skill, leadership skill, negotiation, and lobbying
. Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
. Trustworthy and able to respect confidentiality
