Unit Manager (UM)

* Responsible for the operation of Micro-finance unit in accordance with procedures and enhance a healthy business portfolio

* Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
* Having experience at least 1 (one) year as head of business units, or 3 (three) years as a sales or credit officer in the same plane
