To support the rapid growth expansion within our business unit of GUARDIAN with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for potential candidates to fill up the following position:

MIT (MANAGER IN TRAINING) GUARDIAN

MIT (Manager in Training) is an intensive Training program designed to provide knowledge, skill and attitude required to be ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER and to be placed at one of Guardian Pharmacy branches all over Indonesia.
REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduates from Pharmacist (Apothecary Profession) with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Willing to be trained in an intensive training for at least 7 months

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to be placed at one of Guardian branches all over Indonesia
• Initiative, pro active, hard working and strong analytical skill
• Able to lead and cooperate in a team
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must
• Good computer literacy
