ADMIN STAFF (ADM)
Qualifications:
* Female, age max. 25 years, with Education background min. D-3 from all majors leading universities in Indonesia, with GPA min 2.75.
* Having experience min. 1 year in fields related to the database. Open opportunities to fresh graduates.
* Experience in administration, making reports, filing documents, and has the ability to use computer applications (Ms. Office).
* Thorough, diligent, neat, is not easily bored, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
Training Supervisor (TRA-SPV)
General Qualifications:
* Male or female, age max. 30 years, the Education Min. S1, open to all departments of leading universities in Indonesia, with GPA min. 3.00.
* Have experience Min. 1 year as Training Supervisor.
* Understand mengenaikompetensi, the implementation process Training Needs Analysis, Training Program Design and Training Evaluation.
* Having skills as a Trainer.
* Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills and good presentation skills.
* Strong leadership, confidence, creativity, discipline, integrity, can work under pressure, and able to work together in teams.
* Mastering Ms program. Office and command of English (active and passive).
Job Description:
* Conduct process of TNA (Training Need Analysis).
* Develop and deliver training materials in accordance with the results of the TNA that has been done.
* Prepare reports kegiatanTraining and evaluate the implementation of training materials and processes.
* Responsible to become trainers in trainings that have been determined.
