Successful candidates should have the following criteria:

• Having minimum 2 years experience in travel agents/airlines.
• Must have ticketing knowledge and able to use GDS (preferably Amadeus)
• Tourism study background (SMIP/Diploma)
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Pleasant personality and must be a team player
• Able to work under pressure
