PT Tri Swardana Utama (TSU) was established in June 2008 in Jakarta, with a vision to become the leading distributor of heavy-duty Mercedes-Benz trucks & buses in Indonesia. TSU offers a full range of trucks & buses for the logistics & transportation, mining, logging, construction and oil & gas industries.TSU has strong focus on outstanding product support by providing sufficient parts inventory, technical support, and training as well. More than 4,000 line items of spare parts are available in our Samarinda warehouse to cover demand from Kalimantan area and another 5,000 line items are available in ourJakarta warehouse to meet demand from Java and Sumatera. Items not available in Indonesia are supplied from Mercedes-Benz Regional Warehouse in Singapore or the Central Warehouse in Stuttgart, Germany.

Parts Administration Support (Code:PARTS ADMIN (JKT))
Responsibilities:
* Administer all administration task in Parts Department such as PO, SO, WO, etc.
* Stock checking
* Input all data into system
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree, preferably from Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 1 years experience in inventory/warehouse within truck or heavy equipment industry
* Having good analytical skills
* Having good computer skills ( excel or other datasheet programs )
* Proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
Mechanic (Code:Mechanic) (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Minimum STM or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years experience in heavy duty truck / heavy equipment industries.
* Familiar with Mercedes-Benz Heavy Duty Truck or Commercial Vehicles will be an advantage.
* Proven technical skills on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
* Self motivated & independent individual,
* Willing to be relocated to remote sites.
* Computer literate and proficient in English is essential
Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Code:FINANCE & ACOUNTING SPV)

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1),
* Minimum 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting as coordinator or equivalent,
* Understand basic accounting principle,
* Understand how to create and build financial report within the business sector,
* Understand finance/accounting method,
* Having good administration,
* Having good computer skills ( MS Excell: Pivot, “if” function, Vlookup, etc ),

* Minimum 2 years sales experience within truck or commercial vehicle industries
* Independent individual who has strong salesmanship and customer interface skills
* Good levels of drive and influencing & communication skills

General Affair Coordinator (Code:GA COORDINATOR)

Responsibilities:
* Administer all task in General Affair
* Asset management & reporting
* Elaborate office equipments and supplies requisition
* Supervising office boy, driver, receptionist
* Dealing with vendors, Telecommunications provider (Telkom, Speddy, etc),
* Maintain and administer company’s permits such as SIUP, TDP, etc.
* Administer and elaborate travel request
* Computer troubleshooting
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), most likely from Information Technology
* Fresh Graduates are welcome
* Having good in administration
* Having good communication & leadership skill
* Having good computer skills ( MS Office )

* Provide to develop report and presentation and its timeliness.
* Ensure staffs are knowledgeable, disciplined and work in an efficient manner.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Mechanical Engineering
* Having minimum 5 years sales experience within truck or commercial vehicle industries with minimum 2 years in managerial position ( prior experience in Kalimantan or East Indonesia and having wide customer database / network is an advantage )
* Experienced in organizing customer database and maintaining customer relationships
* Self motivated & independent individual who has strong salesmanship and negotiation skills, leadership and customer interface skills
* Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential
* Willing to travel extensively
* Should be willing to be stationed in Balikpapan or Samarinda
