URGENTLY NEEDED

We are Nokia service partner and established since 11 years ago. Now we manage 18 Branches and also have 25 care collection points in all over Indonesia. Now we urgently need highly motivated and dedicated professionals to fill the positions of:

IT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR & SYSTEM ANALYST

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age maximum 35 years old
• Education S1 majoring in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology
• Have work experience 3-5 years in similar position
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Competency with Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 2003 server (or later versions), and network Management
• Experience in writing and maintaining IT Networking, Security
• Responsible in installation and implementation system with Training
• Ensure PC troubleshooting in the most efficient and effective way
• Excellent in troubleshooting ability and quickly resolve technical problems
• Proficient in database concept and design (database design ERD, database normalization, etc.)
• Have a good knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Responsible in finding the hardware software along with PC maintenance
• Must demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skill
• Multi tasking capability, able to manage several simultaneous situations
• Discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented
• Self-motivated, self-starter, strategically & tactically thinking, and self-driven person
• Independent and quick learner, hard-worker and a good team player
• To be able to work under pressure and hrive in an extremely fast paced environment
• Good communication in English (written and spoken)
