We are rubber part company located at Cikarang Bekasi looking for high quality candidate to fill the following position:

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Requirement :

• Male.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Rubber Technology.
• Min. 3 years work experience in production management & process
• Knowledge in ISO9001 & TS16949 requirements.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel & Word
• Must be willing to travel locally
• Must be able to speak/write fluently in English, Japanese will be an advantage
• Preferable if knowledgable in electrical and machine troubleshooting (including PLC knowledge.

Job Scope:

• Overall in-charge of production process and monitor daily production schedule & output to meet customers deliveries consistently
• Manage and control production shopfloor in an optimized manner to maximize productivity, quality and reduce cost
• Establish and carry out preventive maintenance plans to ensure maximum plant facilities’ uptime.
• Establish monthly and daily production planning to ensure that customer requirements are fully satisfied and in house stock is sufficient
• Plan monthly ordering of raw materials and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely supply of raw materials
• To study production processes to implement Kaizen activities to improve productivity and quality
• Establish and set up documented production standards via SOP, Inspection Standard and Quality Control Plan
• Train supervisors and operators on the shopfloor using documented standards and ensure that production is done following these standards
• Report to Plant Manager and Top Management on production status regularly
• To carry out any other activities highlighted by superiors
