Claim Service Team (Code CST)/ Claim Handler (Code CLH)

Requirements/ qualifications/ skills:
a) Male/Female, age max 28 years old – (1)
b) Male/Female, age max 25 years old – single (2)
c) S1 Degree from any kind of discipline (fresh graduated are welcome) – (2)
d) S1 Degree (general insurance background is preferred) with general insurance experience
min. 2 years – (1)
e) Experience as customer service in General Insurance Call Centre will be an advantage – (1)
f) English proficiency will be an advantage
g) Computer literate
h) Smart, dynamic, achievement–focused, good interpersonal skill, good teamwork spirit, good
communication skill, customer service skills, willing to work hard, customer service skills,
highly motivated
