Sr. Compensation & Benefit Manager

Sr. Manager, Compensation & Benefit (CBM)
(This is a Senior Position. Only applicants who meet the minimum requirement are encouraged to apply)
Technical Requirement:

• 15 years experience in Human Resources Management with in-depth exposure in Compensation and Benefit
• Highly competent and field tested in all aspects of Compensation and Benefit and Performance Management
• Experienced in developing and transforming C&B systems and programs in support of performance objectives  and employee retention
• Demonstrated ability to write or develop, implement and enforce Compensation and Benefit policy and programs
• First hand experience in expatriate C&B administration
• Must also be competent in Industrial Relation and General Affairs

General Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline.
2. High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with senior managers and users  in line departments.
3. English proficiency equivalent to 550 TOEFL score.
4. Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background.
