Job Description:
* Answer phones and respond to customer requests or complaints
* Provide information on products and services to customers
* Provide solutions to customer questions or problems
Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Min. D3 from all the majors, IPK min. 2,70
* Willing to work shifting
* Able to operate computer properly
* Able to communicate well
