LEGAL STAFF
for placement Bojonegoro Branch with the following requirements:
* Male / Female
* Education min S1 Law
* Experience min 1 year
* Computer literate and master Office programs and Windows
* Experienced Precedence
* Ability to work under pressure and team
* Willing to be placed in Bojonegoro
Duties and responsibilities with the description:
* Create a juridical analysis, loan commitments, bank guarantees, collateral agreements, other agreements.
* Check and monitor the credit agreement documents, bank guarantees, warranties, agreements (channeling / mortgage) and other agreements made by the Notary.
* Create a legal opinion and provide legal consultation to lending problems.
* Assist marketing perform billing and settlement of problem loans.
* Create and implement the lawsuit, the execution of problem loans and litigation.
* Represent the company in settlement of personnel problems that arise in the Branch / Capem / treasuries are bipartite or tripartite.
Monitor and deal with legal issues associated with the program “Know Your Customer.”
