ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)
(Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities:
·         Identify market potential and qualifying accounts
·         Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects
·         Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
·         Analyze project proposals
·         Establish distribution channels with key local clients
·         Build up an effective sales team
·         Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.
·         Maintain good rapport with customers and keep abreast of market development
Requirement:
·         Degree in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering
·         At least 2 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects from a telecommunication company

SSC HR ASSISTANT
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Supporting all department for recruitment staff
Track enrollment procedures
Maintain updated employee records and submit appropriate reports
Ensure proper employment filing
Handle Personnel HR Administration, Training Administration
Support managers in staffing and employment related issues
Requirements:
·         Female, below 30 years

PROJECT DIRECTOR

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
More than 10 years’ experience in telecom industry as Project Manager
Has PM experience in managing whole CTO will be strongly preferred
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
Excellent customer relationship management
Well versed in project management tools application
Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English
TAX MANAGER
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance
Tax Planning
Tax Controllers

Qualifications:

A good command of both English and Local Language in writing, reading, and speaking;
Minimum of 8 years of relevant direct and indirect tax experience in public accounting and / or private industry
3 – 5 years of management experience;
At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax;
Certified member of recognized accounting bodies;
Extensive experience in the direct and indirect tax rules in local / region area;
Good knowledge in tax law in key countries
Superior management and technical skills;
Initiative and ability to work independently;

PRESALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
(JAKARTA)

Responsibilities:

Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customer
Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationship
Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements
Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
More than 3 years’ experience in telecom industry as pre-sales technical support engineer
Knowledge of Switch, Access, GSM, CDMA, Transmission equipment and Wireless Network
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, aggressive and good communication skills
Proficient in English

IT STAFF
(JAKARTA)
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall management of MIS functions of the organization
Plan, develop and strategize directions for all IT related activities to ensure that the entire organizational infrastructure is strongly supported by respective technologies
Review of corporate IT policies and standards within the organization and to ensure corporate compliance
Responsible for the set-up, delivery and rollout of the ERP system
Provide excellent IT technical support and guidance to team members
Provide the latest updates on technology trends that are applicable to the growth of the organization
Develop and implement strategic IT plans in consolidate and utilize company resources
Be responsible for the company system and network maintenance
Provide communication and data base administration support
Provide end-user support on various desktop systems and devices
Ensure information security over inter net and intranet.
Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / MIS or equivalent
With at least 3 years’ relevant experience
Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server database design, Web design
Experience in managing IT operations in multiple locations, including intranet setup and network management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated, results driven and detail minded

NETWORK PLANNING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
·       Be responsible for Network planning in bidding process
·          Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
·          Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

Requirement:
·          Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
·          More than 5 year’s relevant experience in Inetwork planning optimization
·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·          Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
·          Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage
·          Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF planning.

JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction
Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 2 year’s relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English
Have knowledge in CDMA Wireless in telecommunication projects.
