We are a company with the esteemed heritage of providing a full spectrum of integrated maritime solutions in the strategic hub of Singapore. We house four of Asia’s premier shipyards in one of the world’s busiest seaways specialising in Rig Building and Shipbuilding, as well as Repair and Conversions, supported by full Engineering and Design Capabilities.
In addition, we operate a fleet of 170 vessels comprising of Tankers, Bulk / Cargo vessels, Supply Vessels, Tugs, Anchor Handling Tugs and Barges. Available for charter worldwide, our vessels are principally engaged in serving the offshore oil and gas, marine construction, resources and general marine-related industries.
We are the member of DRYDOCKS WORLD – DUBAI requires suitably qualified personnel to fill various vacancies for our yard (Draydocks World Nan Indah, Drydocks World Graha and Drydocks World Pertama) in Tanjung Uncang, Batam Island – Indonesia.
1. Mechanical Supervisor (MARINE)
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, with minimum 3 years experience in shipyard industry or offshore.
• Take charge of repair vessel or new building project assign to him (all mechanical related jobs).
• Good communication skill in English & basic computer proficiency is preferable.
• Mush have leader ship skill.
2. Assistant Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
• Good mechanical knowledge.
• Minimum Diploma Majoring Mechanical.
• Have experience in the same background at least 3 years.
• Able to communicate in English.
3. Project Manager/Project Engineer/Assistant Project Engineer
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Naval Arch or Marine Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in marine industry.
• Good spoken & written English for local personnel.
• Computer literate in word,excel,project & AutoCad.
• Sound knowledge of technical terminology particularly that used in a marine environment.
4. Commercial Officer
Requirements:
• Posses a Degree or Diploma Naval Architectures, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the marine/offshore/oil&gas industry.
• Able to read, comprehend and review of engineering/constructions drawings.
• Experience in cost control role, good negotiation, and estimation skill, and have financial knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of ship repairs and or ship building process and vessel specification.
• Understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
• Ability to work under stressful siatuations with urgent work schedules.
• Candidates without relevant experience will be considered case by case basis (fresh graduate/diploma).
• Fluent in English.
5. QC Inspector (piping & Structur)
Requirements:
• Posses a degree or Diploma in Engineering background from reputable university.
• Have 1 or 2 years experience in shipyard (ship building/ship repair) or offshore for the same position.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Have related certificate.
6. Hull Treatment Supervisor
Requirements:
• High School or Technical Academic with 5-6 years experience in shipyard Blasting/Painting jobs.
• Knowledge of English (written and speaking).
• Sincerely and punctuality.
• Have related certificate.
• Computer literate.
7. Piping Supervisor
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• 6 years experience in ship building/oil & gas industry.
• Have good responsibility and able to read piping drawings, scheduling and asses scope of work man power planning.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent in English.
• Have related certificate is an advantage.
8. Director Secretary
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration.
• Preferred in Secretrary experiences.
9. Secretary
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/S1.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related job scope and understand the main job of secretary.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesia (oral&written).
10.Purchasing/Material Officer
Requirements:
• Min. D3 advantage in mechanical or electrical Engineering background.
• 2 years experience in a big company.

• Can do motor alignment in the vessel both repair and new building.

• Familiar with OH & S regulation.
• Have O H & S (AK3) certificate.
