• Pendidikan S1 Hukum
• Dapat berbahasa Inggris dengan baik
• Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office
• Diutamakan apabila memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang industrial relation

• Pendidikan minimal D3
• Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang call centre
• Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree / post graduate degree in Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from Banking Industry
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Good analytical and strategic thinking

• Preferably experience in Consumer Banking especially funding product and bancassurance minimal 1 years
• Good marketing & negotiation skill
