Centro Floor Supervisor
(Cosmetics)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
To effectively lead the implementation of yearly retail plans in an
assigned storeTo continuosly develop sales and profitability plans of store by
implementing retail standards, promotion programs, customer service and
staff developments plansTo passionately implement and communicate the Social and
Environmental Values to the team, customers and communityTo consistently train, coach, and counsel the staff to optimize
their capacity and build a strong and competitive teamTo closely monitor and analyze the market oppurtunities to
anticipate and continuosly grow the business
Requirements:
S1 Degree majoring in any discipline with GPA min 2.75Male/female, preferred age max 27 years old.Have 2-3 years related experience as Supervisor/ Team Leader,
especially in Cosmetics Area, with a strong track record in marketing/
fashion retail Good leadership and analytical thinking with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.Young dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated person.Willing to work in shifts and to be placed in North Jakarta (MOI)
