Requirements:

HC Processing Payroll & Benefit Manager (Code: PBPM)
(Jakarta Based)
Requirements:
* 1 degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4:00)
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Payroll Manager
* Able to operate MS Office especially MS Excel smoothly
* Managerial ability and good accounting
* Detail, operational and service-oriented
* Have high integrity

Service Supervisor (Code: SSpv)

Responsibilities:
* Monitoring, authorization, overriding and double check against the activities of transactions made by customer service, tellers, and Support Service so that transactions are conducted in accordance with the systems and procedures that apply and meet the service standards BTPN, and help to follow up on operational issues, so that the branch operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
* Minimum education S1, all majors with min GPA 2.75
* Male / Female, age max 35 years
* Work experience in banking or financial institutions in handling a minimum of 3 years service & operational branches
* Having a service oriented soul
* Interesting looking, confident and have good communication skills
* High integrity

Customer Service (Code = CS)
Responsibilities:
* Serving our customers and prospective customers by providing information and help from the transaction Funding BTPN products and services, attract customers and prospective customers to use products and services BTPN (passive selling), and dealing with customer complaints according to the prevailing systems & procedures and assist the administrative process that occurred from each of the sales process conducted by a Personal Banker.
Qualifications:
